• Learn agency-specific requirements, with a focus on DOD-specific requirements (specialty metals restrictions, evaluation preferences unique to DoD contracts) and other agencies relevant to your business; and
• Stay current: Learn about the latest domestic content thresholds, waiver updates, the introduction of "critical products," and the implications of recent legislation like the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill and Build America, Buy America Act (BABA)
